Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel whenever you like. Open the Pro page and use the Manage subscription button, which takes you to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew again, and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Subscription fees are generally not refundable, including for partial periods. We do not provide prorated refunds for time left on a plan after you cancel. Because Pro is a digital product you can access immediately, payments are treated as final once charged.

We want you to feel good about supporting StormGuessr. If you were charged in error, were billed twice, or something genuinely went wrong, email us and we will sort it out fairly. We would rather fix a real problem than hide behind a policy.

The core game stays free forever. Canceling Pro simply returns you to the free experience. Your account, streaks, stats, and history all stay intact.

If we ever change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change applies to your subscription, so you can decide whether to continue.
